Cleo Robotics is a Boston-based company specializing in unconventional robotic systems equipped with cutting-edge sensing to collect critical data in GPS-denied, dangerous and difficult to reach areas. Our goal is to eliminate manned entry into dangerous, hazardous and difficult to reach environments.
Founded in 2018
Our Story
Our founders got their start in the oil and gas industry, where they got first hand experience in how dangerous, expensive and inefficient inspecting confined spaces can be. Determined to make these inspections safer, better and faster, they founded Cleo Robotics to build unconventional robots that can operate in the most challenging and most dangerous environments across all industries to solve a myriad of problems.
Multiple Solutions
Since our founding, Cleo has expanded into other markets such as law enforcement. It is used in lieu of sending personnel into dangerous environments with very limited knowledge of what they will face. The Dronut® can be sent in first and act as eyes on the inside without putting anyone at risk.
One Size Fits All
The Dronut’s advanced sensor suite was selected and tailored for data collection, be it a high definition video, pictures, or a 3D point cloud. The Cleo team has always thought of the Dronut as the perfect platform to collect data in hard to reach or dangerous spaces.
